Customer Service Representative
Working as part of our Operations team, Customer Service Representatives are at the front line of our company.
Main duties include:
- Answering and responding to phone calls, emails, web chat and SMS in a prompt, professional and engaged manner
- Identifying the correct solution for each customer, using the designated resources available
- Escalating situations as and when necessary
- Utilising our clients’ own software and procedures to seamlessly link in with their CRM processes
- Dealing with complaints, working with the customer to de-escalate and manage their concern
- Managing emergency situations calmly and responsibly
We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Computer literacy
- Strong background in customer service
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure
- Multi-tasking ability
- High level of attention to detail
