Customer Service Representative

Working as part of our Operations team, Customer Service Representatives are at the front line of our company.

Main duties include:
  • Answering and responding to phone calls, emails, web chat and SMS in a prompt, professional and engaged manner
  • Identifying the correct solution for each customer, using the designated resources available
  • Escalating situations as and when necessary
  • Utilising our clients’ own software and procedures to seamlessly link in with their CRM processes
  • Dealing with complaints, working with the customer to de-escalate and manage their concern
  • Managing emergency situations calmly and responsibly
We are looking for candidates with the following:
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • High level of attention to detail
