Team Leader

Working as part of our Operations team, Team Leaders take responsibility for achievement of service targets, leading our Customer Service Representatives in providing client services. Team Leaders lead by example, working in a proactive and cooperative manner.

Main duties include:
  • Monitoring service levels within the call centre, taking action where needed
  • Supporting Customer Service Representatives in achieving targets, by providing guidance and coaching
  • Running regular system checks
  • Resolving client communications
  • Answering and responding to phone calls, emails, web chat and SMS in a prompt and professional manner

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • High level of attention to detail
