Each client is designated an Account Manager who knows and manages every aspect of their client’s requirements. A client’s inbound or outbound campaign will go through many stages internally (sales, operations, scripting, IT, reporting, measuring) and your dedicated Account Manager’s role is to manage your call centre needs and advise you on how we can help you improve your customer service offering.
