This critical understanding is to the forefront of our operational processes and constantly driven home across all departments and staff. 
Ken plays an active role leading the management team of CallPageboy Call Centre to ensure that all departments are exceeding our customer expectations both in service provision and account management.

Educated in Synge Street C.B.S., Ken began his career in CallPageboy Call Centre in 1990 in the Sales & Marketing Department. In 1996 Ken completed the purchase of the company and remains on as 100% shareholder and Managing Director of the company today.

Over the years Ken has successfully maintained and continued to build strong customer relationships with CallPageboy clients. Key to this success, has been down to service delivery, at set up, and on an on- going basis. This is evident in the number of customers that have been using the services of CallPageboy Call Centre on a continuous basis for 10, 20 and in some cases for over 30 years.

Ken is a keen golfer and is a member of Nass Golf Club, St. Helens Bay Golf Club, Grange Golf Club and Leinster Tennis & Cricket Club.
