Michelle O’Donnell

Michelle has been with CallPageboy Call Centre since 2011 and is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. As a HR & Training Manager, Michelle works closely with our customers to ensure that their service expectations are exceeded on an ongoing basis, and that the critical understanding, that, we have been entrusted with – representing our customers brand in the provision of our services, is distilled in the minds of all staff involved in service delivery on an ongoing basis.

Michelle has been with CallPageboy Call Centre since 2011 and is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. As a HR & Training Manager, Michelle works closely with our customers to ensure that their service expectations are exceeded on an ongoing basis, and that the critical understanding that we have been entrusted with –  representing our customers brand in the provision of our services is distilled in the minds of all staff involved in service delivery on an ongoing basis.

Michelle has at her disposal our on-site designated training room and facilities. To assist Michelle in customer service training programs, she is assisted by senior Team Leaders and with external training consultants for larger and more complex training.

Michelle also has responsibility in meeting with all staff on an on-going basis for Agent Performance and to communicate all company policies, procedures, and strategic future changes.

Testament to Michelle’s capabilities is our extremely low turnover statistics of call centre staff.
