Her main duties as a Call Centre Supervisor include:

  • Ensuring we adhere to our customers SLA’s and KPI’s and that all agents are trained on our individual customer requirements.
  • All customer Staff On Call Rota’s are up to date and tested
  • Provide Leadership to agents
  • Handle and resolve customer queries
  • Agent Call Monitoring and Performance
  • Customer Call Reports
