As a General Manager, Rachel’s leadership style empowers all members of staff to be creative, dynamic and to ensure that all staff are part of the CallPageboy Call Centre family.

Rachel joined CallPageboy Call Centre back in 2002 and has been a major contributor in the implementation, development, restructuring, and rebranding of CallPageboy Call Centre to what it is today, one of the market leaders in its field.

Rachel has previously held senior managerial roles with Telecoms Company Eircom, and Trulife, an International Healthcare Company.
