Trevor Reid has been with CallPageboy Call Centre since 2011. As an IT Manager, Trevor has overall responsibility for our resilient IT infrastructure. Using our best in class Technology, Trevor and his team has excelled our expectations over the years and is a major contributor and key player in the roll out of our company strategic IT plans.

Trevor Reid has been with CallPageboy Call Centre since 2011. As an IT Manager, Trevor has overall responsibility for our resilient IT infrastructure. Using our best in class Technology, Trevor and his team has excelled our expectations over the years and is a major contributor and key player in the roll out of our company strategic IT plans.

In Q 1 2015, Trevor successfully migrated all our systems to our new call centre in Tallaght Dublin 24 with zero downtime for our 24 x 7 customers. In line with our strategic business plans, this project also included our old office set up as our physical stand by site for contingency purposes. In the event of a major disaster we can relocate back to our old call centre with minimal downtime for our customers.

Over the years Trevor has delivered many projects for our customers which involved connection into their CRM systems. With Data Protections and IT Security a major concern for our clients, in all cases, we have addressed these concerns, and provided insurances of continuous secure connectivity.
